  Dr. Haddad is the best pediatrician I have had. His staff is friendly, the office is clean, and it's easy to make an appointment-even last minute! I have never waited more than 5 minutes before being seen which is wonderful when you have a toddler & infant to manage. Dr. Haddad is thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. He addresses all questions and gives different options for treatments. I love that his first response is not to immediately give drugs. When my second son was born, Dr. Haddad came to the hospital to do the newborn exam and have him discharged to take home. I love how caring Dr. Haddad is with my kids!

  A great, caring doctor who takes the time to work with both the patient and the parents. He has always taken as much time as was needed to discuss my concerns with me, examine my child, and make the appropriate health decision. Beyond that, his office staff is great, and his affiliation with Genesys Regional Medical Center is a good choice as they are a great hospital. Beyond that, the fact that he offers same day appointments for sick children, and is basically always available by phone 24/7 as needed for emergencies, is not only unprecedented in the industry, but an amazing feature of his practice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the BEST pediatrician in the area bar none.

  They won't release medical records to my kids new Doctor, unless I pay $20 per record. If I decide later I do want them I will have to pay more because the office is going to pull them anyways and have them stored at am off-site storage place. Your true colors are showing Dr. Haddad's office of Grand Blanc. Not only have you false diagnosed my children of strep throat, gave my daughter double the dose of some meds, prescribed meds that shouldn't be taken together, made us sit out in the car while our children puked uncontrollably (even though I called ahead and you said a room would be open), told me to keep my daughter home with a 106 fever at just a few weeks old, but just to put the icing on the cake won't release their medical records, without $40 in your pocket! Use to be a great doctor until the past 6 months definitely not the same.
